Academic Report Requests

Please use this form to request an Academic Report for your Embassy or Sponsoring Agency.

A Registration Verification is the basic report and will include the following information and be emailed to you upon completion: College of Enrollment Degree Type Major(s) Anticipated Graduation Date Dates of Attendance Total Credit Hours Earned Currently Enrolled Courses Online Course History Note: Please allow 7 business days for all reports to be completed.
